RealStruct provides AI-powered software solutions, workflow automations, AI agents, custom model training, and related technology services exclusively for real estate and construction businesses. All services are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed upon in a separate engagement agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of RealStruct and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Custom software, AI models, and deliverables created for clients are governed by the terms of the individual client agreement and may transfer ownership upon full payment as specified therein.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to required systems, and timely feedback necessary for project delivery. RealStruct is not liable for delays or deficiencies arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealStruct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
